I have already mentioned Aviary (and more specifically their tool Phoenix) in the article on Stylepix, portable image editor. Following Aviary was previously limited, some features are in fact paying. This is no longer the case, because this tool is now free.
Following Aviary consists of 6 tools, I have not tested all, but, if the quality is as far as appointments Phoenix, promises to be a serious challenger to its competitors.
